Despite these minor issues, Ceville is a strong example of what modern point-and-click adventure games have to offer. The genre has predominantly existed underground for many years now and its about time it emerged to recapture some of its former glory.
Games like this one are unlikely to propel adventure games to the level of popularity they achieved in the 1990s, but it’s a solid foundation to build on and we can only keep our fingers crossed for similar titles of this quality in the future.
